Basic is free (0–299 tokens, free previews + hot ranking). Medium is USD 9.99/month (300–2,999 tokens, early drops + Discord lounge). Premium is USD 29.99/month (3,000–19,999 tokens, full archive of 1,500+ videos). VIP Top is USD 99.99/month (50,000+ tokens, custom content + direct Alexia line).

Can I unlock VIP Top without paying $99.99/month?

Accepted Answer

Yes. VIP Top is reachable through earned tokens — about 40% of current VIP Top members got there without direct subscription. Earning 50,000 tokens through daily logins, watch streaks, full-clip finishes and referrals takes roughly 3 weeks of consistent activity. When are new drops published?

Accepted Answer

Every Thursday at 00:00 ART (Argentina Time, UTC-3). The first 100 members to open the drop within 60 minutes receive a +100 token bonus. Medium tier sees thumbnails plus 15-second previews from Wednesday 12:00 ART. Premium tier gets full 48-hour early access. VIP Top tier gets 72-hour early access.

What payment methods does Twerkhub accept?

Accepted Answer

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA debit in supported regions. Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported. All transactions are billed by Twerkhub directly; no aggregator fees.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation is one click in your account dashboard with no retention call, no email gate and no surveys. Your tier remains active through the end of the current billing period. Token balance is retained on the account if you resubscribe later, even after a multi-month gap.

Question 6

What happens if I downgrade from Premium to Medium?

Accepted Answer

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Token balance is preserved across tier changes. Access to the Premium archive is removed at the period boundary; the Medium-tier preview windows and Discord lounge remain. There is no penalty fee.

Question 7

Does Twerkhub offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Refund requests are reviewed individually by emailing billing@twerkhub.lat. Standard policy: full refund within 7 days of charge if you have not used Premium-tier content. After 7 days or with significant content access, refunds are pro-rated case-by-case. Response within 72 hours.
